FAX ORDER: You can fax your order to 1-408-834-4705. Remember put your billing and shipping information and the item quantity and payment method.

ONLINE ORDER: You can choose the item, color and quantity. When you are finished entering, click the BUY button to place your order. If you want to continue to shop, clich on CONTINUE SHOPPING button. If you are ready to checkout, please review all the items you have placed in your cart and information related to the order such as billing and shipping and payment method. After you finish your order, you will receive your summary of the order. Print it out and keep it for your record.

PAYMENT OPTIONS: Red Hot Fashion Designs accepts American Express, Visa, Master Card and Discover credit cards. We also accept prepaid cashier's check or money order for your convience.

SHIPPING INFORMATION: It takes for orders to be filled from Annie's Corner is about 1-3 business days depends on product avaibilities.

We calculate shipping and handling charges based on the merchandise of weight. That is an effort to reflect the actual DHL Ground Shipping charges, so that you do not pay more than you should. Red Hot Fashion Designs offers DHL service, UPS Ground service and FedEx Ground service too.

For your convience we offer standard shipping (shipments arrive within 8 to 10 business days).

REFUND, RETURNS, AND CANCELLATION POLICIES: Just repack in its original pakaging along with a copy of the invoice inside of the package and follow these simple steps:

Include RMA number outside of return box and return address. All claims for deffective or missing merchandise must be filed within 7 days upon receipt.

For your security please return your package with an insured carrier (eg., Fedex, Ups, Usps) and retain your invoice. Annie's Corner is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. If you are returning your package because it is damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Red Hot Fashion Designs will reimburse return postage. Returned merchandise due to customer's mistake or unclaimed orders is subject to a 10% restocking fee plus postage. Also, store credit is given towards future purchase - no refunds. Packages returned due to customer change of mind or cancellation after the package has shipped are subject to both, the initial shipping and return shipping charge.

If you wish to cancel your order contact 1-925-484-4338 before 48hrs per the provided shipdate. Otherwise charges may occur. The shipping fee will still be charges. Once your order ships, it cannot be cancelled. The order can be returned, but along with a 10% restocking fee.
